Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Education, or Product Marketing roles.
- 3+ years experience in creating or supporting B2B product adoption or customer education programs.
- Proven track record of developing and executing cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrable expertise in standalone and evergreen marketing campaigns.
- Experience delivering product adoption outcomes.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Data-driven mindset with experience designing and validating experiments.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
- Strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy for, create, and optimize self-service customer lifecycle programs.
- Identify key milestones, messages, and experiences that drive onboarding success, product adoption, and retention.
- Build and operate in-app customer lifecycle strategy with cross-functional partners.
- Oversee project management for self-service email and in-app programs, setting timelines and deliverables.
- Research, experiment, and implement new AI tools to accelerate customer marketing work.
- Analyze program performance and share data-driven insights with stakeholders.
- Build relationships and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Brand Creative, and Marketing Operations teams.
