Requirements
- Fluent German and English (minimum C1).
- Based in the CEE or Balkans region.
- Available to work within CET/EET hours.
- Curious and eager to learn new markets, roles, and tools.
- Resourceful with a proactive approach to research and problem solving.
- Open to receiving feedback and adapting approaches.
- Organised with the ability to manage time and tasks in a remote environment.
- Previous sourcing, recruitment, HR, or research experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research talent markets, identify relevant candidates, and build pipelines for a variety of roles.
- Reach out to prospective candidates across professional networks and support them through the early stages of the hiring process.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and adjust your searches based on feedback.
- Learn new markets, roles, tools, and sourcing approaches, and find creative ways to solve search challenges.
- Keep candidate information and activity organised and up to date in our recruitment systems.
