- Proven experience in hiring for non-tech roles
- Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical execution
- High attention to detail regarding job descriptions, messaging, and scheduling
- Experience working within an international organization with competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Assist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to signed offer
- Focus on candidate experience by ensuring fast and effective communication throughout the process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage expectations and ensure hiring success
- Build a diverse pool of active and passive candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
