Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of direct experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- 2+ years of experience performing business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- 2+ years of experience supporting federal acquisition, contracting, program operations, or cost analysis.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Strong technical proficiency in translating user stories into functional solutions.
- Experience with system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with acquisition life cycle processes from cradle-to-grave.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and enhance applications, workflows, and reporting capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate user stories into functional solutions, identify dependencies, and support estimation.
- Design and implement scalable web applications, dashboards, forecasting tools, and data visualization solutions to support acquisition, program, and cost analysis.
- Develop system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process maps for acquisition and contracting lifecycle.
- Support system deployment, post-deployment log reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancement implementation.
- Provide pre-award and post-award acquisition support including acquisition strategy, market research, PWS development, IGCE preparation, and contract monitoring.
