Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and collections efforts.
- Utilize voice and written channels to communicate with customers.
- Negotiate payments and assist with account funding transactions.
- Research and resolve collections-related inquiries.
- Explain company protection policies and educate customers on account history.
- Support and tag vulnerable customers.
- Secure commitments for payments or arrange follow-up calls.
- Update company systems with call outcomes and relevant notes.
