Requirements
- Be a native or fluent Dutch speaker, spoken and written.
- Have proven experience in customer service; travel or transport industry experience is preferred.
- Bring excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to customer resolution.
- Be comfortable learning new travel-management platforms quickly.
- Commit to relocating to Greece for the position.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Dutch-speaking users regarding their car-sharing travel experiences.
- Resolve booking, billing, and vehicle-access inquiries.
- Assist travelers with navigation and real-time support during rental journeys.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize travel-service protocols.
- Manage user accounts and troubleshoot the car-sharing mobile application.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and chat.
