Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in or adjacent to fund administration (at a fund administrator, finance operations team, or fund admin tech/services company).
- Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy.
- Strong track record of supporting Sales and influencing deal outcomes.
- AI fluency, including experience with LLMs, AI agents, and automation tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate nuanced market insights into clear GTM artifacts.
- Strong judgment to balance automation with human insight.
Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for the fund administration business unit.
- Build and maintain a map of fund administration subject matter experts and reference clients to support sales deals.
- Drive end-to-end product and feature launches with repeatable frameworks.
- Create sales collateral including executive briefs, ROI narratives, competitive battlecards, and demo narratives.
- Conduct voice-of-customer research and win/loss analysis to refine messaging.
- Synthesize competitive intelligence and customer insights to keep GTM teams aligned.
- Use AI agents and tools to accelerate research and content production.
