Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in practice management, project management, or account management.
- 5 years of experience with executive-level communication (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts.
- Proficiency in data visualization, advanced Excel/sheets, and PowerPoint/slides.
- Ability to travel 20-25% regionally for multi-day onsite visits to partner sites.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Experience in medical practice management or a clinical setting.
- Graduate degree in nursing, social work, health technology, or IT-related programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare executives.
- Manage account performance across financial, clinical, and quality domains including HEDIS and STARs.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor practice performance against objectives.
- Train office staff and providers on processes and technologies using the Value Based Care Curriculum.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop executive-level presentations on performance and financial outcomes.
