Requirements
- 3+ years developing learning programs for sales or revenue teams.
- 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization.
- Experience leveraging AI in coaching, content delivery, and program measurement.
- Prior experience with LMS and CMS platforms.
- Experience designing programs for long-term sustainability and scale.
- Familiarity with adult learning theory.
- Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
- Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs like ramp time and adoption rates.
- Experience working in rapidly changing environments.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale or Command of the Message.
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM enablement for strategic programs with clear KPIs and sustainable cadences.
- Define program charters and success metrics in partnership with GTM leadership.
- Monitor and report program impact against KPIs including pipeline generation, quota attainment, and win rates.
- Incorporate processes into sustainable onboarding motions for new hires.
- Support manager-led coaching programs to reinforce sales methodologies.
- Maintain competitive resources including battlecards and job aids.
- Manage content management platforms and systems for sales processes.
- Identify performance gaps using enablement and sales production data.
