Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, or a related discipline.
- More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in solid waste management, environmental consulting, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of waste management principles and regulatory research capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work at client locations when required.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical analyses covering solid waste management and selected areas of hazardous waste management.
- Support the development of technical concepts, assessments, recommendations, and context-specific solutions.
- Research and apply relevant waste management regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Support consultancy project planning and implementation by tracking tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, facility visits, and technical assessments.
- Draft technical reports, presentations, and other project deliverables according to international standards.
- Collect, analyze, and document project data while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
