8+ years of experience building distributed backend systems, microservices, and APIs using Python.
Deep experience owning system architecture and making technical tradeoffs for scale.
Proven ability to partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment requiring breadth and autonomy.
Ability to transform ambiguous product requirements into technical architectures.
Experience navigating complex datasets and interconnected data structures.
Working experience with React and TypeScript.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to leverage AI development tools.
Generalist mindset willing to work across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
Understanding of data-intensive systems and distributed architectures.
Experience mentoring engineers and conducting design reviews.

Architect and scale an incrementality product into a reliable, repeatable experimentation platform.
Define the technical direction for near-real-time data ingestion and processing systems.
Establish patterns and frameworks for AI-powered workflows.
Lead the development of connection-state systems and partner ecosystem capabilities.
Shape technical approaches for cross-functional product initiatives like role-based access control.
Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and improve engineering practices.
