- 7-10 years of sales experience within the food and beverage industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Strong skills in data-driven sales strategy development and P&L management.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills for high-stakes negotiations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel within the designated regional area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to identify growth opportunities and assess market trends.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and independent brokers to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail chains, distributors, wholesalers, and food service accounts.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance using data-driven insights for strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to execute annual trade plans and account-specific marketing campaigns.
- Manage the regional sales budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure the sales team is trained on product features, benefits, and market positioning.
- Address customer concerns and collaborate with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
