Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience selling to medium and large commercial accounts as an individual contributor.
- Demonstrated record of sales success.
- Experience selling Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple buyers and senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with inside sales resources and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and building relationships at the executive level.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales forecasting tools, particularly Salesforce; experience with Clari is relevant.
- Must be located within the assigned territory, preferably in the Central United States.
Responsibilities
- Exceed assigned booking quota targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce and Clari.
- Identify, target, and gain access to key decision-makers within strategic prospect accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies for major accounts and opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving IT leadership, security officers, and business stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities across commercial sectors such as manufacturing, retail, and finance.
- Partner with Sales Development Representatives to generate and support account development.
- Collaborate with channel partners to leverage relationships and market expertise.
- Lead customer demonstrations and evaluation activities alongside Sales Engineering teams.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize value.
