Requirements
- 5+ years work experience in a healthcare role such as Social Work or Patient Advocacy.
- University Degree in Social Work or a healthcare-related profession.
- Strong fluency in English with Hebrew.
- Demonstrated knowledge of navigating global healthcare sectors and diverse healthcare landscapes.
- Experience developing and facilitating care plans.
- Experience providing ongoing, hands-on support for complex healthcare situations.
- Experience creating high-touch customer journey experiences.
- Remote work experience with proficiency in macOS, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password.
- Strong ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality.
- Ability to work from a private, secure, and distraction-free home office with strong internet.
Responsibilities
- Advise, research, coordinate, and execute healthcare-related tasks for members and families across global markets, focusing on the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage logistical back-end tasks including finding providers, handling medical bills, scheduling appointments, tracking medications, and vetting facilities.
- Own a subset of Care Projects to support members and caregivers directly on the front lines.
- Support the improvement and localization of Wellthy Guides and Community Resources for regional nuances.
- Collaborate on global product and service initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions.
- Maintain high standards of client confidentiality while facilitating complex care plans.
