Requirements
- University Degree in Social Work or a healthcare-related profession
- 5+ years of work experience in a healthcare role (e.g., Social Work, Patient Advocacy)
- Strong fluency in English with Hebrew
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector
- Prior experience working across global markets and diverse healthcare landscapes
- Experience developing and facilitating care plans
- Experience providing hands-on support for complex healthcare situations
- Experience creating high-touch customer journey experiences
- Strong ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality
- Remote work experience
- Proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password
Responsibilities
- Address caretaking needs of families and members across Asia Pacific regions
- Organize and manage complex care plans
- Perform back-end logistics including finding providers, managing medical bills, and tracking medications
- Vet healthcare facilities and insurance options
- Own a subset of Care Projects to enhance member experience
- Support the localization of Wellthy Guides and Community Resources
- Collaborate on global product, service, and marketing initiatives
