Requirements
- University degree in Social Work or a healthcare-related profession; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of work experience in a healthcare role (e.g., Social Work, Patient Advocacy).
- Strong fluency in English with proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, or similar.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector, including global markets.
- Experience developing and facilitating care plans.
- Experience providing ongoing, hands-on support for complex healthcare situations.
- Experience creating high-touch customer journey experiences.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password.
- Strong ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a private, dedicated, distraction-free space with secure internet.
Responsibilities
- Advise, research, coordinate, and execute healthcare-related tasks for members and families across global markets, focusing on Asia Pacific.
- Manage logistical back-end tasks including provider research, medical bill management, appointments, medication tracking, and facility vetting.
- Own a subset of Care Projects to enhance member experience and provide direct support to caregivers.
- Support the improvement and localization of Wellthy Guides and Community Resources with regional and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate on non-client initiatives, providing feedback on global products, services, and marketing.
