Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Romanian.
- Working-level proficiency in English or Russian.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or education.
- Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or the public sector is a plus.
- Understanding of the Romanian education system and business customs.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM, and chat platforms.
- Proactive, self-organized, and comfortable working fully remotely.
- Stress-resistant and capable of managing long sales cycles.
- Ready for occasional business trips within Romania for school visits and exhibitions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop communication with current partners across Romania.
- Attract potential school partners (public and private) via calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Present products and educational programs, negotiate, and conclude partnership agreements.
- Keep partner information accurate and up to date.
- Represent the company at educational exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
- Contribute to the growth of the Romanian market by expanding the partner network and achieving business goals.
- Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
