Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Relational Database experience (SQL Server preferred).
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in working with external partners.
- 3-4+ years of ETL experience (SQL Server Integration Services preferred).
- 1-2 years’ experience with Data Warehouse concepts.
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud technologies like AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing ETL pipelines and Data Orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- Strong understanding of Relational Database concepts (normalization, constraints).
- Good understanding of Web Technologies including APIs and SSO.
- Proficient in T-SQL and stored procedures.
- Proficient at troubleshooting technical issues such as query performance and data anomalies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and integration planning sessions with vendor technical teams.
- Design, document, and maintain technical integration specifications, including data mappings and transformation logic.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines using tools like SSIS.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data integration.
- Act as the technical point of contact for vendor integration issues and problem resolution.
- Implement and maintain integration monitoring and alerting systems.
- Establish strong working relationships with external vendors in a client-facing role.
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to HIPAA and internal policies.
