Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a data/product analyst.
- Experience in leading a team of data analysts of any size.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools.
- Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.).
- Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product analysts to provide support to the product and business teams across all aspects of their work.
- Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings clearly to highlight actionable insights.
- Work with product and marketing stakeholders on fundamental research and ad-hoc requests.
- Support and monitor existing metrics for Financial Products, identify improvements, and develop new metrics for decision-making.
- Develop informative data visualizations and reports for business and product teams.
- Assist in planning necessary data structures and data quality improvements.
