Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant analytical experience in SaaS, FinOps, or financial business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience developing data visualizations and building dashboards independently; Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities to interpret complex business, operational, and financial datasets.
- Experience developing and managing business performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Solid understanding of financial analysis, including revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and forecasting.
- Experience with SaaS metrics such as ARR, revenue growth, gross margin, and cost-to-serve.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of Cloud FinOps, including cloud infrastructure costs, cost allocation, and unit economics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive analytics frameworks to measure the operational, commercial, and financial health of SaaS products and professional services.
- Establish standardized KPIs, dashboards, benchmarks, and reporting methodologies across Product, Services, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
- Analyze SaaS performance indicators including ARR, revenue growth, gross margin, customer adoption, retention, usage, and product profitability.
- Partner with Services, Finance, and Product teams to identify drivers of margin erosion, resource inefficiency, and delivery complexity.
- Lead FinOps and SaaS cost management initiatives by connecting cloud infrastructure costs to products and offerings to identify optimization opportunities.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
