Job Details

5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
Proven track record of self-directed work and finding high-impact problems.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong Python skills.
Production experience with dbt, including models, tests, and version-controlled review.
Fluency in experimentation and causal inference.
Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous questions into metrics frameworks.
Strong data storytelling skills to translate complex findings into business decisions.
Ability to work with AI-assisted/agentic coding tools.

Set the analytics agenda for AP, finding product opportunities and data gaps to shape the roadmap.
Own the AP analytics relationship, including metric and OKR definition and regular review cadences.
Run experiments and apply causal inference to drive actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain production-grade data models in dbt with tests, documentation, and version-controlled workflows.
Build using AI-assisted workflows and automate recurring reporting.
Drive executive reporting and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Partner with data engineering to validate data quality and metric definitions.
