Requirements

- 4 or more years of healthcare experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and data storytelling skills.
- Experience working directly with business, operational, clinical, financial, or service line stakeholders.
- Ability to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience developing technical requirements for reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Experience validating data, performing data analysis, and supporting organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned hospital-based business and service line leaders.
- Partner with operational, clinical, financial, and administrative stakeholders to identify and interpret data from EMR and other systems.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, quality improvement, and patient care outcomes.
- Develop KPIs and perform performance monitoring to support assigned service lines.
- Identify improvement opportunities and guide leaders in applying data to real-world business decisions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into analytics solutions.
