Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Medicare 5-star methodology experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Strong ability to translate analyses and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to mentor and provide training to junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Independently consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the design and development of analytic studies and reporting solutions.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries to complete sophisticated data analysis.
- Present analysis and reports clearly to internal customers and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior BI developers by offering project feedback, participating in code reviews, and providing training.
- Routinely use statistical methods and data visualization best practices.
- Participate in and advise on strategic departmental initiatives.
