Requirements
- 1-2 years of data coordination or data management experience.
- 1-2 years of experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and data validation.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with PHI (Protected Health Information) security and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and abstract clinical data from medical records, research charts, and source documents.
- Perform data integrity and quality checks in the Talosix electronic data capture system.
- Execute source document verification to ensure compliance and protocol adherence.
- Perform UAT and user functionality checks on new forms and registries.
- Monitor data for missing entries, discrepancies, and maintain tracking of study timepoints.
- Manage patient follow-up requirements, including patient engagement and adherence reporting.
- Adhere to established protocols for internal audits regarding data completeness and validity.
