Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Ownership within the iGaming industry.
- 2+ years in a P&L-owning leadership role.
- Proven track record of growing product performance against ROI, GGR, and NGR targets.
- Hands-on experience building financial models and analyzing unit economics for iGaming products.
- Full-lifecycle experience taking a gambling product or brand from concept to live launch.
- Strong knowledge of iGaming platform ecosystems, including PAM, CRM, payments/PSP, VIP, and antifraud systems.
- People management experience including hiring, performance reviews, and mentoring for teams of 5+ reports.
- Proficiency with task-management tools like Asana or Jira and BI/reporting platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills for C-level reporting.
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
- Bonus: Experience managing products across multiple regulated markets.
- Bonus: Formal project or product management certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO).
Responsibilities
- Own strategic goals for the platform, driving ROI, GGR, NGR, and time-to-break-even targets.
- Develop and maintain product financial models and unit economics for scalable growth.
- Build and manage backlogs of priority initiatives backed by validated hypotheses.
- Serve as direct line manager for product, game, and content managers, handling 1:1s, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Lead new product launches from competitor research and market analysis to go-to-market strategy and post-launch optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional stream priorities across QA, payments, analytics, VIP, CRM, and design teams.
- Report platform performance, roadmap status, and metrics to Head of Product and C-level leadership.
