Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting or working with technical products.
- Proven track record of end-to-end system implementations.
- Excellent consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders including executives, Product, and Engineering leadership.
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- Must be able to travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations using the IoT platform.
- Manage the deployment of technology to large-scale Enterprise customers to drive quick time to value.
- Develop launch plans and roadmaps to increase product adoption and usage.
- Monitor implementation progress, participation, and account health metrics.
- Facilitate training sessions and technology demonstrations for executive and daily-user stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.
- Mentor wider Customer Success and Support team members.
