Requirements

At least 6 months in outbound calling, appointment setting or telesales
Comfort making a high volume of calls each day
Experience with a CRM or dialler
Clear, confident spoken English
Reliable home internet and a headset

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Qualify prospects with a short set of questions
Book appointments into the sales team's calendars
Send confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows
Log every call and outcome in the CRM
