Requirements
- Proven experience building products used by AI agents (e.g., APIs for agents, MCP servers, evals).
- Full-stack development experience with Python, React, or similar technologies.
- Experience taking a project from 0 to 1, whether in a startup, professional setting, or via side projects.
- Exceptional written communication skills to contribute to public documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously and own projects end-to-end.
- Low-ego, flexible, and professional approach to collaboration.
- Familiarity with big data technologies is a plus.
- Background in high-growth SaaS environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of Django or TypeScript-based React is a plus.
- Experience building AI-native software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own products and features from beginning to end, including idea origination, MVP testing, and pricing.
- Ship and own UX using internal design systems, collaborating with the design team for further polish.
- Maintain frequent communication with users to iterate on products based on feedback.
- Serve as a designated 'Support hero' weekly to investigate and resolve customer issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain production systems.
- Author documentation for new features and improvements.
