BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of professional experience in data administration and analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in Workday configuration and administration, including HCM, integrations, Studio, security, business processes, and reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and graphs.
Working knowledge of current Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit, and legal principles.
Proven ability to perform business process analysis and audits.
Strong skills in data visualization and communicating complex information to non-technical audiences.
Experience working in fast-paced environments leveraging agile methodologies.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively across multiple HR technologies and navigate ambiguity.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards for meaningful metrics and analytical insights.
Manage HR data across multiple affiliates, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance through specialized reconciliations and audits.
Support HR technology training, research, and issue resolution within Workday.
Build, maintain, and support integrations to internal and external systems.
Analyze impacts of system releases and recommend functional updates to HR leadership.
Prepare high-quality presentations to communicate HR data findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain process documentation to facilitate continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
