Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Baseline knowledge of Excel and GSuite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Flexibility to work occasional shifted schedules for international onboarding support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate people processes with a focus on continual improvement.
- Manage full-cycle new hire onboarding, including offer letters, vetting, ADP record-keeping, and orientation.
- Coordinate monthly performance management, including tracking, rollouts, and promotion actions.
- Process employee lifecycle changes and maintain accurate HRIS and ADP records.
- Provide level 1 employee relations support and manager coaching.
- Facilitate HR metrics reporting and internal People Team data requests.
- Assist with payroll coordination, timecard assistance, and tracking of benefits and PTO.
- Develop and maintain HR onboarding and compliance documentation, including harassment training.
