Requirements
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
- Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads.
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the year and spend extended periods away from home.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- In-home care experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to meet state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Travel to patients’ homes throughout assigned markets to deliver services.
- Perform blood draws, vital sign monitoring, height/weight assessments, and urine collection.
- Support Annual Wellness Visits and other preventative diagnostic services.
- Document patient visits accurately using Sprinter Health technology.
- Label, handle, and transport clinical specimens for lab processing.
- Manage time, medical supplies, and travel schedules independently.
