Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Extensive professional experience in native iOS development using Swift.
- Extensive professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin or Java.
- Hands-on experience integrating Okta Identity Engine (OIE) Embedded SDKs into native applications.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, PKCE, and secure token management.
- Experience implementing FIDO2/WebAuthn, passkeys, and phishing-resistant authentication.
- Knowledge of mobile identity enrollment, account recovery, and secure credential storage (Keychain/Keystore).
- Familiarity with Federal identity credentials (CAC/PIV/Purebred) and NIST SP 800-63 guidelines.
- Experience with mobile security practices, including OWASP Mobile Top 10 and TLS configuration.
- Experience working in Agile development, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication flows and mobile platform integration.
Responsibilities
- Integrate Okta Identity Engine (OIE) Embedded SDKs into native iOS and Android applications.
- Implement secure authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), PKCE, and token lifecycle management.
- Develop secure mobile identity enrollment and account recovery workflows aligned with NIST SP 800-63 digital identity standards.
- Implement phishing-resistant authentication mechanisms such as FIDO2/WebAuthn and passkeys.
- Integrate Federal credentials including CAC/PIV and Purebred, and manage secure storage using iOS Keychain and Android Keystore.
- Apply mobile security controls including certificate pinning, TLS configuration, and OWASP Mobile Top 10 mitigation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and mobile engineering teams within Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps environments.
