Requirements
- Ability to work a 5-day, 8-hour or a 4-day, 10-hour work week schedule.
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Proven problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (company will pay for the license if not already obtained).
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts for customers.
- Manage inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with policy changes and service requests.
- Analyze product offerings to determine optimal insurance matches for specific customer needs.
- Solve complex problems to remove barriers preventing customers from securing the right coverage.
- Process administrative requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Contribute to product development by sharing customer feedback and suggestions with the internal team.
