- Reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Strong work ethic.

- Willingness to work as a team.
- Ability to complete P&C insurance license training (company-paid).
- Availability for full-time work schedules.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with service requests and policy updates.
- Gain deep knowledge of the insurance panel to match customers with appropriate coverage.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
- Process service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and policy document updates.
- Provide feedback on product and service experience to support continuous improvement.
