Job Details

4–8 years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or client coverage in trading or financial markets.
Demonstrable network among HNIs, family offices, prop traders, or fund managers in India or NRI hubs.
Deep understanding of derivatives, market microstructure, and market making economics.
Ability to lead quantitative commercial discussions and structure bespoke deals.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field.
Fluency in English.
Crypto/digital assets market familiarity is a strong plus.
MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
NISM or relevant capital-markets certifications are a plus.

Build and own the pipeline of prospective program participants including HNIs, family offices, prop trading desks, and hedge funds.
Pitch the program to a sophisticated audience and convert prospects into signed agreements.
Collaborate with the trading desk to structure commercial terms and work with legal/compliance on agreements.
Coordinate participant onboarding with engineering and trade-ops teams.
Manage ongoing relationships to monitor activity, fill quality, and identify expansion opportunities.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand presence.
Provide market intelligence to product and trading leadership regarding competitor offerings and program evolution.
