Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, ECM origination, coverage, investment banking, or capital raising.
- Established network across VC/PE, investment banking, and institutional relationships.
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals or mandates.
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets and capital raising mechanics such as IPOs and follow-on offerings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with digital assets and tokenization, or high aptitude to learn.
Responsibilities
- Originate and source deals by proactively identifying and engaging issuers, investment banks, and distribution platforms.
- Own external relationships as the primary point of contact for issuers and financial institutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure deal terms.
- Manage the deal pipeline from initial lead through execution and conversion.
- Prepare pitches, proposals, and partner-facing materials.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to prioritize new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive deals through diligence and documentation.
