Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying intelligent workflow automations.
- Hands-on experience with n8n (strongly preferred), Zapier, or Make.
- Deep knowledge of the full Zendesk stack, including triggers, automations, SLAs, and omnichannel routing.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with LLM APIs such as Claude Code to design and iterate on complex automation logic.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, analyze manual workflows, and design robust automation strategies.
- Inherit, maintain, and iterate on live TRT infrastructure including AI agents and tagging architecture.
- Design and deploy automated pipelines connecting backend system APIs with Zendesk using n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Evaluate and integrate LLMs and AI agents into daily operations for quality auditing and data analysis.
- Validate automated workflows, monitor model output accuracy, and troubleshoot system failures.
- Establish documentation, data security policies, and train internal teams on new automated tools.
