Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading compensation programs within large, global technology organizations.
  • Experience managing people and leading a team.
  • Proven ability to design strategies for geographically dispersed, international workforces.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for compensation analytics, modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and global pay equity regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation benchmarking surveys and methodologies.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
  • Strong project management and executive influence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative discipline (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competitive global compensation strategies covering salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Design and administer annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, incentives, equity refreshes, and promotions.
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and global regulations like the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Anticipate compensation risks and pay equity gaps while establishing mitigation strategies.
  • Build cost and impact models using AI and advanced analytics.
  • Partner with HR Technology to manage job architecture and compensation within Workday.
  • Lead compensation workstreams for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a global compensation team.
