Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, particularly in Order-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, or Supply Chain Management.
- 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-Cash or Supply Chain Management, with a focus on operational pricing and commercial agreement processes within SAP environments.
- In-depth understanding of SAP Pricing concepts and functionalities, including rebate and commission processes.
- Advanced experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of business process implementation, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Experience coordinating Functional Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse global and local stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and govern the global CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements template across multiple countries and business divisions.
- Prepare, facilitate, and drive workshops focused on the implementation of pricing, discounts, rebate, and commission processes.
- Gather business requirements and lead fit-gap analyses in collaboration with solution design and implementation teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable process and system requirements while supporting alignment with the global template.
- Own and maintain process documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Proactively test new functionalities and coordinate Functional Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Coordinate closely with global and local stakeholders throughout the transformation and change journey.
- Support training activities and organizational change management to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Manage project cutover activities, including coordination of data migration and transition planning.
- Provide structured support during the hypercare period following deployment.
