  • 3+ years managing and developing sales teams and frontline leaders.
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams, ideally within a high-growth or evolving organization.
  • Strong operational discipline, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems, establish meaningful metrics, and follow through on execution.
  • Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of how customer engagement translates into revenue, adoption, and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms from the ground up.
  • High ownership, initiative, and a strong bias toward action.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to move effectively between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Customer Expansion organization, developing a high-performing team through frontline leaders across BDR and Sales & Training Specialist functions.
  • Develop and refine repeatable expansion playbooks covering customer identification, outbound engagement, product education, activation, and follow-through.
  • Establish the BDR-to-Sales & Training Specialist motion, along with playbooks for events, in-person training, and other high-touch customer expansion opportunities.
  • Define the team's operating cadence, performance metrics, accountability systems, and leading indicators to identify gaps and drive action.
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, Training, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to identify expansion opportunities and reduce friction throughout the customer journey.
  • Build structured feedback loops to understand what is working, where customers encounter challenges, and which commercial motions should be scaled.
  • Test, iterate, and operationalize new expansion strategies as customer needs and business priorities evolve.
  • Coach and develop frontline leaders while creating clarity, structure, and accountability across the organization.
