Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience solving complex, ambiguous problems across product, design, or research.
  • 3–5 years of experience taking work from 0 to 1 through launch.
  • 3–5 years of experience owning multi-quarter roadmaps and communicating with executive audiences.
  • Deep expertise in at least two areas (design, product management, strategy, research, or operations) with fluency in others.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma Make, Cursor, or Lovable.
  • Strong product, visual, and interaction design capabilities.
  • Experience writing PRDs and functional specifications, grooming backlogs, and planning sprints.
  • Strong AI orchestration and prompting skills across design and research workflows.
  • Experience partnering with clinical, legal, regulatory, or compliance functions in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to mentor or informally lead other individual contributors.
  • Technical literacy sufficient to understand engineering feasibility and architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Turn ambiguous business opportunities and user needs into scoped, evidence-backed problems.
  • Map end-to-end user journeys and validate assumptions using research, data, and experiments.
  • Reconcile research, engineering constraints, and business priorities into clear strategic directions.
  • Own multi-quarter product roadmaps aligned with commercial and operational priorities.
  • Develop executive narratives to support budgeting and decision-making.
  • Create prototypes to test concepts and communicate direction.
  • Maintain alignment across cross-functional stakeholders including clinical, legal, and regulatory teams.
