Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, physical security, or a closely related security field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory or people-management experience.
- Professional experience within the security industry and practical experience with intelligence analysis.
- Strong understanding of physical security frameworks and operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employees working within client organizations (embedded consulting/staffing preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Monday.com.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including client meetings and operational sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Familiarity with physical security systems such as access control, surveillance, and incident management tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with human resources practices (plus).
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiting to identify, screen, and place embedded security and intelligence professionals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, timecards, performance evaluations, and development.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor well-being, performance, and development needs of a team of approximately 40 employees.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager between the organization and client managers.
- Coordinate with clients on security training, protocols, and emerging threats.
- Support program leadership with planning, operational improvements, and new business proposals.
- Develop client-facing security reports and standard operating procedures.
