Requirements
- Demonstrable experience making data-driven product decisions to influence specific metrics.
- Strong background in content moderation strategies, including automation, machine learning, and human review processes.
- Professional experience with trust, safety, and compliance requirements for consumer-facing products.
- Technical fluency and experience leveraging AI tools in workflows.
- Experience managing third-party partnerships and integration lifecycles.
- Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment with a 'doer' mindset.
- Full proficiency and comfort communicating in English.
- Full comfort working with and building products based on uncensored models and NSFW material.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, operations, and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate safety policies, legal requirements, and user feedback into clear product requirements and engineering work.
- Manage product improvements for in-house moderation systems, including the EverGuard proprietary LLM technology.
- Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
- Establish dashboards and recurring QA processes to monitor safety metrics and identify emerging issues.
- Execute adversarial testing and red teaming to evaluate moderation system responses to misuse.
- Perform Trust & Safety reviews for new product features and material updates to existing models.
- Coordinate cross-functional responses to significant safety incidents.
