Job Details

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of progressively broadening product management experience.
Proven track record of shipping complex, enterprise-class hardware & manufacturing solutions.
Proven experience in technical product management, including development of large-scale internal tools.
Ability to act as a constructive challenger to highly technical engineering partners.
Strong business and technical acumen with the confidence to debate architectural tradeoffs.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of cryptographic systems, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), or Key Management Systems utilizing Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for foundational tools, libraries, and applications.
Partner across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Security teams to design high-impact capabilities.
Meet with customers to understand market demand and outcomes for new products.
Translate complex workflows and software requirements into clear, high-quality product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Synthesize competing priorities between product vision and architectural necessity in cross-functional technical decisions.
Provide data-driven insights on product sales, financial performance, and trends.
Manage the full life cycle of products from conception to end-of-life processes.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure software systems integrate with cryptographic infrastructure like PKI and HSMs.
