Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market.
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
- Experience in ambiguous or greenfield opportunity spaces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholder groups.
- Experience with human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery (preferred).
- Experience leveraging AI/ML for personalization and workflows (preferred).
- Prior experience in healthcare, specifically with health insurers, PBMs, or provider-side integrations like Epic (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead advance discovery and shape strategic customer partnerships within the payer, PBM, and Provider ecosystem.
- Identify product gaps and opportunities by operating between product squads and commercial teams.
- Support the Senior Director, Product in high-impact special projects.
- Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers to position Omada as a preferred virtual-first care provider.
- Explore new verticals including Provider partnerships to drive member enrollment and engagement.
- Mentor and support other product managers on the team.
- Establish best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team objectives.
