Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market.
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
- Adept at solving problems with limited resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the commercial organization to identify high-impact partnership opportunities.
- Shape potential integration and product support requirements for new partnerships.
- Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers to position Omada for virtual-first care.
- Explore new verticals such as provider partnerships to drive enrollments and member engagement.
- Cultivate an innovative environment and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Mentor and support other PMs to hone their product management skills.
- Establish best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team objectives.
