Requirements
- Significant experience owning software products end-to-end at a Senior Product Manager level or equivalent.
- Proven 0→1 product management experience, taking products from discovery through iteration.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, greenfield, or rapidly changing environments.
- Strong product judgment and problem-selection skills to identify high-value opportunities.
- Excellent customer discovery skills to uncover underlying user problems.
- Strong analytical capabilities using qualitative insights and product data.
- Experience working closely with highly technical engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Demonstrated bias toward experimentation and evidence-based decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and interest in LLMs and AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Explore customer needs, usage data, technology developments, and market signals to identify high-value opportunities.
- Turn ambiguous opportunities into clearly defined problems, hypotheses, and product direction.
- Lead 0→1 product development from insight through validation, launch, and iteration.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to evaluate technical possibilities and trade-offs.
- Define customer and business outcomes, establish success metrics, and guide decisions with evidence.
- Monitor post-launch adoption, usage, and customer value to drive continuous improvement.
- Create concise product narratives, PRDs, and decision documents to align distributed teams.
