Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a solutions engineering role or similar technical position, preferably customer-facing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Working proficiency in a modern backend language such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like Postgres.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience integrating against APIs, including handling streams and pagination.
- Strong ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues.
- Experience conducting technical training, demos, and presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and learn new technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with Account Executives to document customer technical requirements and performance SLOs.
- Build live permissions schema designs and tailor solutions leveraging AuthZed products.
- Design and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions with prospects.
- Lead virtual and in-person demos and deep-dive technical sessions.
- Identify product gaps and communicate feedback to the internal product team.
- Create and maintain dynamic customer demos while troubleshooting technical issues.
