Job Details

8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-moving, high-growth, global companies.
Deep expertise in 4+ functional HR areas (HRBP, Compensation, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management, etc.).
Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines including Organization Design and Change Management.
Proven problem-solving experience and investigative skills to resolve sensitive employee issues.
Experience using data to influence business leaders on headcount planning and attrition analytics.
Exceptional written, verbal, and electronic communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using Google Suite to collect, analyze, and visualize HR data.
Experience using Workday (highly preferred).
Knowledge of AI platforms and tools to manage work products and outcomes.
BA/BS degree in an HR-related field; MA/MS or specialization in a field like Organizational Behavior or Employment Law preferred.

Partner with Business Talent teams to support Employee Experience/People strategy.
Act as a key HR point of contact for assigned business teams to resolve people matters.
Advise and coach managers and employees on performance, talent management, and operational issues.
Support the planning and execution of cyclical programs including performance management, compensation reviews, and talent reviews.
Partner with Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Ops to ensure compliance and stellar employee experience.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify trends, inform organizational insights, and mitigate risks.
Maintain accurate HR data within Workday.
Promote Airbnb Core Values and Diversity and Belonging initiatives.
