Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent role.
- 3+ years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of current legal regulations guiding the labor market.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Must be able to travel up to 30% for site visits, conferences, and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex HR inquiries or issues that require coordination with site HR managers, directors, or leadership.
- Perform transactional HR duties such as preparing offer letters, responding to benefits and payroll inquiries, and facilitating annual performance processes.
- Partner with business unit leaders to diagnose organizational needs, coach on team effectiveness, and provide strategic HR advice.
- Analyze workforce data to identify emerging needs, risks, and trends, and communicate insights to leadership with strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for HR service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance regarding labor and management.
